One of the best Nancy Drew games of the series!1 found this helpful
While the mechanics of this game is a giveaway for how old it is, this is one of my favorite Nancy Drew games. Breaking up the mystery by days made this unique from any other game in the series, I believe. You learn history, magic tricks, and get creative with machinery makes this an interest catching game you won't regret!
I think anyone who likes the Nancy Drew Games will... reasonably like this one. The older ones have obvious kinks to the gameplay. A lot of needing close doors before exiting an area, a lot of phone calls to Ned because the next steps aren't obvious, and for this one, a lot of jump scares! Slower pace that ramps up in the last hour. I still had fun! There are other Nancy drew games I liked better, but give credit where credit is due, it is older. The theatre design is still beautiful but boy howdy was I searching up and down at the wrong places.
