Players praise Nancy Drew: The Phantom of Venice for its atmospheric Venice setting, charming story, and classic point-and-click mystery gameplay that rewards critical thinking and exploration, with particular standouts being the music and overall puzzle design. Common complaints focus on limited character interaction at the main location, a tedious rhythm minigame, and occasionally frustrating puzzle difficulty, though most players find these minor issues in an otherwise engaging and fun detective adventure.

My girlfriend is making me play this. I'm wearing a clown costume and a baby mask and everyone in Venice is cool with it. I used binoculars to identify a specific pigeon at the palazzo. I spent all my money on Gelato. I am having a GREAT time.

Classic Nancy Drew goodness right here. The setting, chef's kiss. The music, chef's kiss. The puzzles, chef's kiss. Only real weak point of this one are that you barely interact with the other people around Nancy at the Ca'. That and the rhythm minigame (if you can even call it that) was cringe worthy and very boring. Luckily you don't have to do it much. This is a classic Nancy Drew, one that really sticks out as a fun lighthearted romp 8/10

Honestly, I didn't realize there were so many achievements you could earn! I spent way too much time trying to earn euros as Punchy LaRue to buy up costumes. I should've bought more gelato or played more scopa. The game was very fun, though it was tricky figuring out puzzles involving the office and then those water tunnels at the end.

This is a fun game with a good story and locations. I played this one on Junior which I usually don't because I was missing having a checklist so it may have been a bit more frustrating without that. The well puzzle drove me absolutely nuts, but all the others were pretty fair. I LOVED scopa! Overall a well balanced Nancy game.

Not the best in the series. It was pretty difficult and tedious. The dance club was the only fun bit.
