Rather than serving as a full sequel or a standalone narrative, it functions more as a supplemental episode—designed to deepen character relationships and provide additional context for fans who have already experienced the main story. Because of this, its scope is intentionally narrow, but that focus allows it to deliver a more intimate and cohesive experience centered on a single character. The story leans heavily into slice-of-life storytelling, following Nachi’s growing connection with the protagonist through a series of lighthearted and occasionally romantic interactions. The tone remains consistent with the rest of the series, blending humor, playful dialogue, and soft emotional moments. While the narrative itself is relatively simple and does not attempt to introduce major plot developments, it succeeds in fleshing out Nachi’s personality and giving her a stronger presence within the overall cast. Thoroughly enjoyed this game. Was a bit confusing since I started with this one first, but I still got a lot out of it. Nachi was hot, so that was good. H-scene was okay tho. Time for the rest.1 found this helpful

Another great visual novel the story is about Nachi's story, which is very good. Wish it was a longer story, i'd recommend this 6/10
This a very short (about 2 hours) addition to the main story of NEKO-NIN exHeart. This is the first of two short continuations. It is a kinetic visual novel, so there are no choices. The plot is simplistic – there is no tension, just slice-of-life situations. This game centres around Nachi. It inherited everything from the main game – both the good and the bad. The technical problems like messed up fullscreen mode are still present. As to the sexual content, there is one uncensored scene if you install a free DLC from Steam.
