I WAS about to leave this game a neutral review... Despite feeling disappointed by the incredibly disjointed story, I figured that I shouldn't expect everything to cater so much to English speakers, since this game is originally Russian, and it's probably a lot better in it's original script. This sentiment was held when I was under the assumption it was still being sold for $0.99 (what I received it for)--that price sort of excuses a lot of flaws and a very short runtime.. But now that I've come back to review it, and it's being sold for $9.99 instead? That price makes this 'maybe' into a hard no. I thought the snippets of text in the listing screenshots had such a great, otherworldly tone to them, and I wasn't necessarily let down on that front when I got into the game. However, that's also the problem. This game tells a short story, one I assume is supposed to be linear. At least in English, while the writing works very well in short chunks, it can be pretty difficult to follow as a progressing story. Sometimes this is disorienting in the enjoyably surreal way of an acid trip, but most of the time, it's just kind of frustrating because this seems to be a really great story... …5 found this helpful
I like the unconventional approach to making a game. The neural network pictures are really scary sometimes. And I think there will be a lot more games using this technology in the future.4 found this helpful
Bought it going in blindly Still wasn't worth it Played it in english, was the most incomprehensible thing, waste of an hour and I even want my dollar back. Too bad I bought it like 3 months ago and didn't play until now. Don't buy it! !2 found this helpful
