New Earth (MiZtyl)

Overpriced. Terrible dialogue. Mediocre renders. Avoid.

I really wish there was a middle option. I don't really recommend it, but I also don't not recommend it. I will suggest buying this as part of a bundle or on sale because the price of $18 is way too much for this game. I think the reason it is high, is because outside of steam Part 1 and Part 2 are separated into two different games. The devs probably see this as 2 games in one, and jacked up the price. So, I have played this game off and on for several years. It is just kind of meh. The game is much older than 2023, that is just when it was released on steam. I believe this is more of a 2017 game or so. So the graphics and animations are very dated compared to Renpy AVN games currently going around on steam. It does not have the best dialogue or writing. And there is a very very harsh disconnect between parts 1 and 2. There are a lot of questionable decisions, like why do the characters build cabins and then never use them. Where did they get the materials to build a literal mansion for part 2. A bit of a spoiler but part 1 ends as soon as you meet a second group of humans sent to the planet. I found it to be slow and lacking in story, the sex was ok, the art was normal for alot of stuff I've seen online. But It's not all bad I did enjoy the dark side of the game, and some of the choices were fun to pick. I know this game will be good for some people and not so for others. I played it din't care much for it. But if you like a dark syfi and don't mind being kinda Evil, Then I think you will enjoy this game.

Premise is intriguing, visuals good, but the game is boring, and player don't gets enough control.

In my opinion the story is pretty boring. The characters are not likeable and the adult scenes get a little bit better over time but not enough to keep it interesting. There is no gallery and there are no achievements. I don´t like to do this because i know it´s really much and hard work to make a game like this but i have to give this a thumbs down. There are much much better titles out there.

There's some repetitiveness with the scenes on a given path, but variety between each playthrough (Captain Kirk vs. Captain Cuck). Enjoyed it enough to keep an eye on MiZtyl's next game (Life on Mars). Will hop back in over time to check out the new renders/updates!
