There aren't many strict objectives in the game; you simply reach certain locations, walking freely and experiencing the world from a first-person perspective to gradually restore your inner peace.The game features a variety of environmental sounds. Some are quiet and serene, designed to bring a sense of focus and Zen. Others are slightly more bustling and noisy, aiming to immerse players in the scene for a different kind of experience. Overall, the goal is to help players unwind their tense minds after playing, leading to a good night's rest.There are all kinds of scenes within the game. Some are slightly brighter and comforting, some are darker to simulate a sense of loneliness, and others are black-and-white to evoke a feeling of confinement.In certain scenes, personal monologues will suddenly appear. These are reflections by the "in-game me" on real-world events and life itself. You can dismiss these monologue boxes using your mouse or keyboard to continue playing.
