About Nightwatch
Nightwatch is a short mystery game where you play as Daniel, a security guard. This night shift, you're hired by a new company to surveil its facility, but you're not on your own; you have Jenny, your best friend, and colleague, to guide you through the night with the walkie-talkie. Why does this security company, out in the middle of nowhere, need you? The mystery of the night holds many secrets.
The game is a first-person view game. You will be able to choose between different dialogues depending on what you want to ask or answer your coworker Jenny, and you will run into different types of puzzles. The artwork will make you feel absorbed in the game. It is inspired by Firewatch.

Extremely average game. Gameplay is alright but the voiceacting is so clearly done by an AI. Dissapointing product.3 found this helpful
The game itself is made OK, I guess. The story and its twist is even pretty well done. But what really makes it worse is the total game time. I played through in literally 20 mins. I mean yes it it is only a short game, a short story, but even since ... for that the regular price of ~1 buck is too high. This game would really dig, if it would be for example a part/one episode in a series altogether with similar episodes. ---{ Graphics }--- ☐ You forget what reality is ☐ Beautiful ☐ Good ☑ Decent ☐ Bad ☐ Don‘t look too long at it ☐ MS-DOS ---{ Gameplay }--- ☐ Very good ☐ Good ☑ It's just gameplay ☐ Mehh ☐ Watch paint dry instead ☐ Just don't ---{ Audio }--- ☐ Eargasm ☐ Very good ☑ Good ☐ Not too bad ☐ Bad ☐ I'm now deaf ---{ Audience }--- ☐ Kids ☑ Teens ☑ Adults ☐ Grandma ---{ PC Requirements }--- ☐ Check if you can run paint ☐ Potato ☑ Decent ☐ Fast ☐ Rich boi ☐ Ask NASA if they have a spare computer ---{ Game Size }--- ☐ Floppy Disk ☑ Old Fashioned ☐ Workable ☐ Big ☐ Will eat 10% of your 1TB hard drive ☐ You will want an entire hard drive to hold it ☐ You will need to invest in a black hole to hold all the data ---{ Difficulty }--- ☐ Just press 'W' ☑ Easy ☐ Easy to learn …1 found this helpful
Awful. AI.
don't try this game at all is it very confusing and it dosen't make any sense to the story, also as you are going deeper in the woods the it rises tension because of the sound effects of being high pitch but as you do the objective it is basically a video doing it as you get there and it ruins the surprise and the motive. i wouldn't recommend to purchase this game, although it might be very cheap but it just waste your time by not making any sense linked to the story, there is no surprises, no challenges, no backstory, because the last part is a scene taking place of a police car picking you up after getting attacked. the police officer is talking about a story that we don't know what he is talking about, after a few minutes of the police officer talking, the game ends. Leaving me with a disappointing ending. this game is a failure because it relies to much on predictable jump scares, instead of building atmosphere. people in this experience would also feel the same about this. Although it had a slight backstory of a dog but it only shows the character playing with the dog, it shows useless information of what does it have to do with the game. underdeveloped or unrelated, lead me…
I bought it for 1$ and I still want refund. It is a good concept but that's the only good thing about it. 30 minutes garbage demo that you pay for.
I really enjoyed this gameplay! It was short, fun, and interesting! Now it being a choice based game, is there a different outcome to the ending? If you know message me!
