This game is really fun to play! The atmosphere is really creepy . The developer is also constantly working on improving it, which makes me excited to see where the game goes next. Definitely worth checking out!8 found this helpful
The game is good even if it's still in alpha demo stage. As of this time in writing there is only 1 stage/night, there is no scary stuff happen only creepy vibe/atmosphere, and nothing much to do just stand and don't waste power to survive. List of things that I see that needs fix or add: 1. game settings 2. clearer button of the door (it was hard to see as it blends in with the wall) 3. game controls/manual can be viewed again (not just in the few seconds in start of the night) 4. adjust the power consumption in cameras (would be better if the power consumption is base on how long you are staying in the camera not on every time you switch camera location) 5. indication that the "fix" has a limit or a timer when the "fix" can be use again (if there's one) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sDFeETvmo4s3 found this helpful
I feel like the game needs more optimization. Time management needs to be faster, and in-game time needs to be quicker. As of now, I found out that three seconds in real life is the equal of one second in game. Combined with the fact that we need to survive for 20 minutes, it’s an hour already. This combined with the fact that after several fixes, I can’t fix anymore make the game literally unbeatable. There is a need for balance fixing for the game. Other than that, I’m still wondering why there is a need for another room if the robot only wanders around between the dining room, kitchen, bathroom and the entrance. While doing so, I suggest adding a map that shows which part of the room is near the other room so that the player can understand where the robot will go. While playing the game, I feel like the game lacks the horror factor. Especially since the game is quite long and there is nothing the player can do except wait and type “fix” on the computer. There should be some mini event where if you look at the CCTV at specific time, something might happen or something like that IMO. Other than all of that, feels like I'm playing FnF all over again. Hope the game becoming bette…2 found this helpful
I love the sound work in this game! It really makes everything a lot scarier. It's a little twist off a security horror game, but one thing I like is that you can fix the generators to not run out of power. The nights are super long but repairing glitches, the door, and the power is a really cool aspect. I definitely think there's still room for improvement in future updates but honestly the bugs so far are minimal. I'm interested to see what the full game will look like :P.1 found this helpful
"Nocturnal Nemesis" is another free amateur project here on Steam, and it's an asset flip looking ripoff of games like FNAF and other stealth/horror/survival games here on the platform. This time you're in a winery instead of the usual haunted house/office/hospital, so at least some innovation happened momentarily. And you're a robot, because robots are cool, I guess. What do you do in the game? You navigate the environment, fixing generators, and outsmarting enemy threats that seek to jumpscare you. Spooky. The gameplay is heavily reliant on stealth and real-time tactics, demanding resource management to outwit enemies. Unfortunately none of this is done well, the lacklustre asset mish-mash visuals match perfectly with the lacklustre controls, zero polish, and plethora of bugs. This is partially or completely made up of stock assets, "borrowed" from asset stores and/or free asset websites. Little, if anything in this game is the creation of the "developer". While there's no up front price for this asset flip, the other problem with asset flips is that when developers aren't capable of doing their job and creating high quality assets, it's also true they can't do any of…1 found this helpful
This game was good for an alpha all things considered, the only thing I really saw that needs some work is there should be more things going on in the room. Like maybe when the kids laugh have something scary happen in the room, maybe make the robot more aggressive and add more hazards, as well as make it so when I check the camera often the generators power isn't at half. But other than all that the game was fine and just needs some polish and love Here's my game play: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IrSak3v40nA1 found this helpful
