About OH NO, NOT ANOTHER L

Remember when games had nothing extra? No daily rewards, no donations, no mythical rarity blocks. Just a 10x20 grid and seven types of pieces falling at an increasingly faster rate."Oh no, not another L" is a fair puzzle game with an old design. What's inside:
 • Classic game mechanics without any twists. Rotate, slide, hard drop—everything you love.
 • Minimalist graphics in the spirit of the early 90s. No post-effects, gradients, or volumetric shadows.
 • Large-scale leaderboard. Only one number matters—your best score. You play, make a mistake, start over, and try to write a new line.
A little about the music:The background music is looped so well that it doesn't get annoying even after two hours of play. Calm, slightly melancholic chillwave without any abrupt transitions. Why "Oh no, not another L"?Because the L-shape always comes at the most inopportune moment. You lick a smooth glass—bam, that crooked squiggle again. And you either find a place for it, or you lose. No choice.
Warning: AI Slop This game is partially or completely made with talentless, soulless AI generated content.

Warning: Asset Flip! OH NO, NOT ANOTHER L is an asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated someone else's example/template/tutorial game, changed the name/reskinned a couple of things, and submitted it to Valve as if it was their own game.
This time, Atomic Fabrik/Gamesforgames made yet another fake developer account, did some AI slop marketing material, stole someone's GameMaker Studio Tetris tutorial, and paid for some fake reviews from the Russian review farm uncovered by Sentinels of the Store. That's the anatomy of a scam, a direct attempt from a shady developer to scam YOU into paying YOUR money for someone else's Tetris game tutorial. Disgusting, isn't it? And it's part of an ongoing series of scams from this "developer". LDev have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab, through this account or through closely linked/a…

A classic Tetris clone with endless gameplay and a local leaderboard. Stack the pieces into lines for as long as possible to beat your own record. You can change the controls from keyboard to mouse in the settings.

OH NO, NOT ANOTHER L is a puzzle game that immediately embraces a sense of self-awareness through its title alone. Developed and published by LDev, the game presents itself as a straightforward falling-block puzzle experience that intentionally strips away many of the modern features commonly found in contemporary releases. Rather than building an elaborate progression system or wrapping the gameplay inside a complex narrative, it focuses entirely on the timeless appeal of arranging pieces, surviving for as long as possible, and continually improving your personal best score. This simplicity is not a limitation but a deliberate design choice that defines the entire experience. The central gameplay loop revolves around managing falling shapes and making efficient decisions under increasing pressure. Every move matters because a poorly placed piece can create problems that become difficult to fix later. The challenge comes from maintaining order while adapting to an unpredictable stream of incoming blocks. The mechanics are easy to understand within minutes, making the game approachable for newcomers, yet the pursuit of mastery provides enough depth to keep experienced puzzle fans e…

Just a bog standard tetris, no bells, no whistles, no personality and no settings. You can't adjust the speed, or the level, or the types of pieces, or anything really. So why a thumbs up? it works, and I paid about sixty cents for it. Wouldn't pay a penny more if I were you.

A charming homage to Tetris that nails the addictive formula. OH NO, NOT ANOTHER L brings back that classic “just one more game” feeling with a fresh coat of paint. Clean design, smooth controls, and satisfying gameplay — what more could you want?

Another straight take on the Tetris concept. The dev suggests sticking to the classic formula without modern additions like daily quests or microtransactions. As always, you have to build lines using figures with different shapes and survive as much as possible.
