Oik Memory 3 is a casual puzzle game developed and published by Crew Lab that builds upon the familiar memory-matching formula established in the earlier entries of the series. Rather than relying solely on static object placement, this installment introduces moving blocks that require players to pay closer attention to their surroundings and adapt to constantly changing positions. The result is a game that remains simple and approachable while offering a slightly more demanding challenge than a traditional memory exercise. The main objective is straightforward: memorize the locations of specific blocks and uncover them successfully to clear each stage. While the concept is easy to understand within minutes, the increasing complexity of the levels ensures that the experience remains engaging throughout its fifty-stage campaign. Early puzzles act as tutorials that allow players to become comfortable with the mechanics, but later levels introduce larger numbers of targets and more movement, forcing players to rely on observation, concentration, and short-term memory. If you're here for the achievements, go for it. If you're here for the gameplay, I would recommend this game the least out of the four. I liked the first one, found the second one okay and the fourth is good again. But the third? It took the thing I didn't liked about the second game and made it worse. So now it is not only that the tiles are changing every try, so that it 's way harder to remember cause you can't remember the tiles every try bit by bit but now they are also moving. Maybe I'm just really bad at memorizing but I just can't remember nine tiles, first try, when they are moving. It is also the shortest of ofthe four games, but in this case it wasn't a bad thing.
Oik Memory 3 managed to do what I thought was impossible — bring innovation to a game format that seemed like it had nowhere else to go. We’re not talking about major changes, but compared to the previous chapter, the addition of moving blocks to press makes the experience more complex and dynamic, adding just the right amount of extra tension to each sequence. It’s a small change, but surprisingly effective in making the gameplay feel more alive and challenging. The only downside is that the random generation of sequences sometimes ends up being too easy. There were moments where the combination shown was so simple that it barely required any effort, even with the moving blocks. A missed opportunity to push the challenge even further. That said, Oik Memory 3 remains a solid and well-designed chapter. The Memory spin-off series has delivered something good in every release, and this third entry is no exception.
