About Omi Oh My AI

You get Omi Oh My AI!Embark on a captchavating adventure featuring over 300 image, word, and number puzzles modeled after the digital hoops we jump through every day. See The World Through Omi's Eyes
AI doesn’t see the world like we do, especially not Omi. Developed in Western Australia throughout the 90's and 2000's, Omi has an especially unique perspective, and you'll need to understand it to progress! Is a reflection of a dog still a dog? When is a cinnamon roll not a cinnamon roll? Is this a bug or a feature? It’s Not A Bug, It’s A Clue
When the puzzles get strange, the answers won't be found in a menu. To see the world through Omi's eyes you’ll need to take your quest to the World Wide Web, scouring real websites and digital relics of a bygone era to uncover the mysteries of Omi’s development.A Game About AI, Made By Humans
Omi wouldn't exist without the talented humans that helped to make them a reality. Every photograph, asset, and line of code was created by talented humans to tell a story about an AI with remarkably human faults.Developed with support from Screenwest in Western Australia on Whadjuk Noongar Boodjar.

The idea behind the game is promising and fun, however the hint system is mostly unhelpful and if you get stuck, all you can do is blindly guess.
I struggled with the puzzles in Act 3 and did not find the hints helpful.
Great concept of captcha puzzle gameplay. You complete puzzles presented by an AI Shiba Inu which might or might not be a bit devious. The game started wanting me to click hyperlinks that I would assume would take me out of the game. I think the puzzle I ended on was unsolvable unless I went on the wiki? as I could not figure out the solution. If you like meta gameplay where you have to do things outside the game this a great addition that genre. I think the game was starting to hint at a horror aspect but I didn't quite make it to that. Definitely want to jump back into this one. I recommend this game if you want to prove you are human.
It's a great meta game - it got me excited kind of like inscryption or doki doki, or even hypnospace outlaw does. the puzzles are fun as well, especially in act 1. But Act 2 really ratchets up the difficulty. There were some puzzles that I just plain did not get, to the point I brute-forced a couple. I am currently doing 4th year engineering (computer systems and software) and so much of the coursework that I would struggle with (being a visual learner) are explained in this game. it's so weird to draw comparisons between a video game and actual high level signals analysis and reward/cost learning.
Amazing game! The fact that you got to explore a wiki and the actual game folder, checking specific files and documents to go ahead makes this game really impressive! This is probably one of the best games I played in this genre!
Ever get frustrated at completing those CAPTCHA tests to prove your human? Think they are ridiculous and hard to tell which pictures actually have traffic lights in them? Then you'll like this game. Solve weird CAPTCHA test puzzles. Talk to Omi the AI and figure out what is going on in this cute puzzle game. Highly recommend if you like puzzle games, ARGs and games with a dash of story. I played an early version of this game before release and it was great! Really enjoyed my time with it. Be even better now after full release!
