Simply known as the Padre to his friends and foes alike, Padre Alexander is a bad-ass demon hunter and a man of the cloth. He is no ordinary priest, being sarcastic towards God, church and most of all human and demonic behaviour. He is not quite sane as an ordinary person but his insights into human life and tragedy can sometimes resonate with everyman.

Padre comes to assist the Halliwell family, who for generations have been keeping an earthly entrance to hell in check. The portal was quiet for far too long and such the residents of the mansion slowly forgot their task, thinking of their burden more as a fairy tale.

Needs some sort of Save function, unless you need to start a new game from the title screen all the time.3 found this helpful
This is not a "roguelite" as advertised. There is no save file and subsequently there's no meta progression between runs. You quit or the Padre dies and its back to zero. Which is a shame because frankly I do enjoy the game play in spite of the unpolished elements. I would play this game in its entirety if I could deal with it in parts. I tried looking to see if someone at least posted a play through or the endings and I found NOTHING. Sadly this game will be stuck under my "should have refunded" label in the library.1 found this helpful

There are some serious control bugs. Tutorial works fine but then it becomes impossible to shoot, change weapons, place traps, exit trap mode, I even had the map refusing to stay on the screen. I have found a thread and a review with the same issue. No fix and no words from the dev. The game is unplayable at this point. Other than that the game looks cheap and controls badly even without bugs. Price tag should be 10£ max, not the current 20£. And considering the "doggo" line and the name of the publisher "Shotgun with Glitters" I won't regret refunding it TL;DR: Reddit tier game1 found this helpful
It's fun but I'd wait for a sale. The game unfortunately features no saving, if you die your save file is deleted. Saying that I'd put a blind eye to few unfair situations but I just cannot since there are no checkpoints: Enemies hitting you before you can even see them because of Fog of War, enemies spawning right under you sometimes and wonky hitboxes. The timer is still going when in gear wheel even though everything stops moving. Also the annoying red screen on getting hit is more annoying than helpful.
Controls for this game are awful
