Our Winter Sports

A simple but fun party game in the veins of the old "Winter Games". Especially with kids it's great fun. I wonder why there aren't more games like that anymore.

Extremely fun Winter Olympic style party game. This is the first from SAT-BOX where I love every event on offer. Even Curling is fun, here. I would put this above 'Slide! Throw! Snow Party,' it even features some Christmas decorations, but I recommend both to those who appreciate such themes.

Actually pretty nice game. We like playing this in couch co-op mode. I would like a bit more customization to it, like how many laps or lenght of a game of hockey for example. Wish there were more games like this.

You play a decathlon-style series of 10 events and score points based on how you do in each one. Events range from a handful of racing events to a snowball fight and generally only use a few buttons.Although you can earn achievement medals for hitting certain performance goals in each event, there don't seem to be any unlockables and the only setting to speak of is whether there are 4 competitors or 8. I didn't see any way to, say, change the number of laps in a race or the length of the snowball fight. So, since there's nothing like a campaign or any long term goals to aim for, this has to get by entirely on the strength of its minigames. Thankfully, they're mostly pretty decent. The racing games are very simple, but since you only spend 1-2 minutes on them and they likely won't come up sequentially, I didn't mind that they weren't more fleshed out. Hockey is a particular highlight…
