Out Of Memories

Cool game with great art style and atmosphere. Not an easy one though, and some parts can be unfair or annoying, especially since you're constantly on a time limit. You have to be patient and be ready to replay some levels and optimize your run in order to save more time for the later ones. Despite some frustrations, I had fun in the end and I'd surely recommend it. (I just wish I'll be alive to see a day when developers would stop putting sliding puzzles in their games. I already hate them with all my heart in normal circumstances, doing them on a time limit was literally hell for me lol)

Out of Memories is a decent game wouldn't say i did not enjoy it but it felt repetitive at times where i kept dying. Nevertheless, 7/10

A nice game in a genre sometimes called glitchcore or "cursed OS", Out Of Memory is a stylish 2D dexterity-based game which was made for a game jam, but it has a nice professional quality and a good amount of content that should occupy about 5 to 10 hours. The ASCII presentation is very well done and gives it a very strong atmosphere. The story is okay, without infantilism or grammar mistakes, but is neither very original nor unforgettable. Although they do something interesting narrative-wise with the remaining time at the end. Be warned though, the main quality of this game is difficulty, and it will requires a lot of tenacity to complete it. It's not extremely difficult or unfinisheable because I finished it and I would say that the difficulty and progression are well managed. But it requires a lot of restarting the same level and trying to optimize your path. There are a couple minor annoyances, most notably some repeating text panels at the start of the action sequences that you have to click through every time you restart, but nothing show-stopping. I checked the game lineup of the developer and he offers some very original games and the quality is constantly getting better,…
