OVIVO is a minimalist 2D platformer in a black-and-white world with an unusual mechanic. Beautiful. No other words can describe it. Marvel of sound and sight, beauty in simplicity, complexity in design. Mostly the game is an art showcase, but traversing the artpieces has meaning of its own. Abstract in most ways, there is nothing to compare this game to. Some platforming was lovingly challenging, not too difficult, but enough to not breeze through without issues. The music, perfectly complementing the journey, carries the same mood and atmosphere, of surrealism, of complexity in simplicity. Short enough to fit into an afternoon, resonant enough to inhabit dreams, certainly worth the price of admission.1 found this helpful

Controller issues when steam input is enabled. Unpausing causes arbitrary warping. It's a shame and I would like to play this more if these issues get fixed.
