PandaBomber is a lightweight action game that takes the recognizable foundations of classic bomb-based arena battles and reshapes them into a straightforward modern experience. Developed by Kunal Mehta and published by LANAKU SOFTWARE LLC, the game focuses on short, energetic encounters where positioning, timing, prediction, and careful use of explosives determine who survives. It does not attempt to bury its central idea beneath complicated mechanics. Instead, it embraces an immediately understandable concept in which players navigate confined arenas, place bombs, destroy obstacles, avoid explosions, and attempt to trap opponents before becoming trapped themselves. The simplicity of the controls is one of PandaBomber's most approachable qualities, but simple controls should not be confused with an absence of strategy. Every bomb placed on the battlefield temporarily changes the way players can move. An explosive can block a convenient escape route, pressure an opponent into a vulnerable position, clear environmental obstacles, or create an opportunity for another attack. We couldn't play actual Bomberman remotely, so we found this to try for FREE instead. Get. This. Game. It's not perfect, but it scratches the Bomberman itch perfectly. Plus, I now think every game in existence should have the same sound menu (multiple options). Banger tunes.
