Path of Light

not too bad so far, unique little adventure

Path of Light has its flaws: controls aren’t very responsive, movement feels limited (you can’t drop while crouching), joystick sensitivity can’t be adjusted for faster aiming, and using the flash to blind enemies is hard to time. Performance on Steam Deck also dips in some areas. That said, the game is absolutely playable—and more importantly, it has soul. The hand-drawn art in books and on walls is charming, and the atmosphere kept me engaged. For a student project, it’s impressive: I didn’t encounter any critical bugs, and I was never bored during the playthrough.

Wonderful UI, great environmental story telling, interesting story

Feels like a kiddo version of little nightmares with an awkward 3rd person camera lock. The UI is gigantic and unnecessary. The flash ability is basically worthless as you can be on top of an enemy in crawl and they wont see you. The worst part is the not being able to continue and being forced to start over. 80 mins in and more than likely at the end but I don't care enough to start over as I lost interest.

Really good game, I got only one thing to report which isn't game breaking at all. You can still move and use abilities during the credits.
