It's a bit tedious, which is to be expected for a children's game. But I'm a sucker for collectibles, so it was quite fun in the moment. Also, my favourite pup is Rocky, If anyone was wondering.
Before its release, many PAW Patrol games followed a familiar formula of short levels and straightforward objectives, but PAW Patrol World takes a larger step by giving players an expansive playground inspired by the television series. Developed by 3DClouds and published by Outright Games Ltd., the title invites children to explore Adventure Bay and other well-known destinations alongside Ryder and the entire rescue team. The story revolves around Mayor Humdinger's latest attempt to disrupt the peace using his oversized blimp, creating a lighthearted setup that serves as an excuse to send the pups on numerous rescue operations across the world. What immediately stands out is the game's commitment to authenticity. Every location is recreated with bright colors and a welcoming atmosphere that mirrors the animated show. Fans will instantly recognize landmarks from Adventure Bay, Barkingburg, Jake's Mountain, and the Jungle, making exploration one of the game's biggest attractions.
