About PERMUTER
PERMUTER is a game inspired by the Pacifism Mode in Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions, but with a roguelike-y, Vampire Suvivors-y twist.
Control your ship with agile movement and a dash to smash through gates, destroying enemies and collecting points. Spend points at the shop where you can buy upgrades for your ship which can improve your movement, defense, or give you game-changing weapons which automatically fire. Just focus on positioning as best you can!
PERMUTER was made by a solo developer as their first published game. Any and all thoughts or feedback is very welcome and appreciated! The soundtrack for this game was made by Kubbi on Bandcamp.

Short fun game, but lacks content and feels like it was never "truly" completed. Title screen version being 0.5.3 supports my theory. Does have an end fight in place and several difficulties, but playing on hardest (one hit kills me) I managed to complete the game in hour and a half. Regular difficulty, I could see someone beating it first try. Not terribly priced, but don't expect many hours out of it. SNKRX is a better similar game and costs less, while having more content.1 found this helpful
Very very fun :)
This game feels SO good. The movement and premise are amazing and all of the upgrades are super impactful. This game lends itself easily into challenges and makes you feel awesome every time you play. Apparently, I've only spent 2 hours playing, but it feels like I've spent days in this with the massive impact it's had on me. I haven't played in a while but I'm definitely gonna come back and do some challenges. Also, if you liked this, go check out SNKRX
Super simple graphically and that showcases fun gameplay. It feels a bit constrained but at the same time is due to balancing game's features. Getting build is not that hard but is completed in last levels. Shop requires a lot of reroll to get needed upgrades. 10/10 music 7/10 visual effects - in later stages visuals are all over the place and makes it hard to position yourself.
This is a very fun game, but be warned that the game is short unless you challenge yourself to mastering the harder modes.
it's a fun short game. could use a few more types of upgrades and more levels. definitely worth the few bucks if you want something to pass some time.
