The gameplay pretends to be simple, but don’t be fooled. Punting in this game requires the precision of a NASA launch and the emotional control of a monk. The physics are brutally honest—bad punts don’t just fail, they humiliate you, slowly drifting out of bounds while the crowd falls into a quiet, disappointed murmur. Good punts, though? Pure bliss. Watching the ball soar perfectly downfield is a joy so powerful it briefly makes you forget the last five disasters. By the time I stopped playing, hours had passed and I was questioning my real-life understanding of everything. Pigskin Punter is intense, ridiculous, and wildly addictive—a game that takes one tiny part of football and turns it into an epic struggle for dignity. Five stars. This game changed my life around. For the past couple years, my life has been terrible. I got laid off from my job as a horse breeder because of the pandemic. I was the main income for my household and without my job of helping horses have sex, my marriage fell apart. Money started to become tight and my wife Susan and I started to fight more. The stress became too much and she started cheating on me with a dog breeder down the street. She took the kids to go live with the dog breeder. Those damn dog breeders, they think they are so high and mighty selling little rat dogs to rich douche bags. Abusing their animals and giving breeders a bad name. Anyways as I digress. I tried to start my own bull breeding business but I broke my back while breeding a bull, causing me to be paralyzed from the waist down. My life was ♥♥♥♥. I had no job, no family, and was crippled. I was close to giving up, until I found Pigskin Punter. Pigskin Punter reminded me of my days as a punter for Bishop Sycamore back in '87. Those were the glory days. I decided to download it and give it a try. This game inspired me. It has everything you could want in a game, beautiful graphics, an amazing plot, incredible…

Once in a thousand years, a work of art from the hands of God himself sallies forth from Heaven to grace us plebeians with an ethereal wonder wholly beyond our mortal comprehension. Pigskin Punter, object of my monomaniac passions... How I long to depart with my cherished memories of you so that I can once more experience the awe of that first supernatural thrill that at once held me in the grandeur of its melodious soundtrack - invoking every depth of my emotional soul to sing out as it has naught wont since first discovery of the Summer Symphony of Vivaldi himself. Would that Charon save a sacred seat aboard his ancient vessel, that Pigskin Punter might, its requiem concluded whence its final memory perishes from the last mind of man, ride into a permanent, infinite bliss in a manner worthy of the blessings upon blessings it deemed us mere mortals of consequence to receive. Sweet chariot, may you never have to swing so low as to carry Pigskin Punter home; let it live on in our hearts and minds forever more.

My bloodline has always been stricken with poverty, and my lineage has always wanted to play PigSkin Punter. When we saw that the glorious creator graciously convinced Steam to put this masterpiece on a 51% sale, I had to sacrifice this month's food rations to pick it up.
