Planet A is a ‘purposeful Metaverse’ which is focused on creating deeper knowledge, enjoyment and experience of the landmark real-world places Lendlease Podium is entrusted to create, and curate.
Inside Planet A, anyone can virtually play, orientate and get-to-know quasi-physical places - and each other when multiplayer mode is initiated \, before or after the real-world version has been constructed.
Planet A is a mirror-world, a living city that reflects the realities and impacts of climate change that we face worldwide - most especially in our urban environments. Carbon Calculator data is your window into this. Inside this ‘Metaverse’, we educate through gamification day one, and will collaborate as the platform evolves, as players learn-about the most sustainable solutions to the greatest challenges humankind faces, today.
We invite you to bring your energy, drive and the passion to embrace sustainability and make a difference.
To begin, fly-into our first Planet A project: The Milano Innovation District (MIND) where you will meet your Planet A Chaperone.
Formerly the site of the 2015 World Expo, your task is to play games that teach sustainability concepts such as waste management and IoT, battle the scoreboard and acquire all the skills and knowledge that are needed to plan and manifest a net-zero urban-regeneration project, like a ‘Lendlease Podium Pro’.
And your rewards won’t just be virtual. Online Planet-A Scoreboard leaders will literally make their mark on MIND, being projected and celebrated in-and-on the real-world site. Plus….. from time to time, you never know what your game-points might be 'unlock' - in the real-world….

Play here: https://youtu.be/5vF84FTQtDc I'm honestly not a metaverse aficionado, but it seems like this game is trying to make a beneficial change. I just don't think it's particularly well done at the moment. I'm playing the PC version not VR, but the highlights seemed to be the Avatar customization which the web cam doesn't seem to work it still has a ton of options though, voice acting, and the waste ninja game. The problem is the best game waste ninja doesn't really have a way to tell when you should hit the button as a rhythm game that's not great it's probably fine in VR, but the PC version that's a struggle from the view point. There's screen shots in the game I couldn't find and the load screens try to crash the game continuously and the other mini game my god I have no idea.3 found this helpful
Planet-A is an Early Access free to play 3D game experience that has VR support. It works on Win 10, does Not work with HTC Vive HMD, played ok, sounded ok, looked ok. You have to start off using the monitor with keyboard mouse. There is only One Game and it is not fun. This experience is Ecological minded. Not sure what there is to do after you master that game. Did not work with my HTC Vive HMD. Try it and delete it.2 found this helpful

[h1]Before I played PlanetA, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good[/h1]
Interesting application. Really showcased the MIND precinct, makes me want to visit! Waste ninja was fun and challenging! Look forward to see where this goes.
