This is simply the best RPG Maker game I've ever played. If you are a fan of this type of game, you will love this. One of the best parts of this game is the soundtrack. And what a soundtrack. Knowing that all music was composed by the creator of the game allows us to understand why most of the songs fit so well into the environment, in the moments and history of the game. At the beginning of the game we came across a great song, the quality is wonderful, hard to believe that was not a studio or professional composer who made it. I listened to it twice before starting the game, this menu song is simply my third favorite, and just like in Final Fantasy X-2 and Final Fantasy XV. I would spend several minutes listening to them before giving the load game every time I would play. Although the game starts without warning, and already put you in the world, without the background or initial story, we come across a very interesting prologue in the first pyramid, and soon we realize that the true lore is explained little by little by the dialogues of the numerous NPCs that we find by the way, it is nice to note the different and numerous elements of the history of the game that mix…8 found this helpful
Prelude for a Dream This is my first game review I think I'll give this a new name. This is a story focused jrpg. And it's a good story. Also if you like level maxing this game let's you do that. Prelude for a dream has some interesting music. Although I did not enjoy all of the music. There was some great music. Almost all of the NPC info gives you no idea as to where to go next. A great many things are found by roaming around and getting lucky. I am used to playing very keyed RPGs. This RPG is does not use many keys. The boss fights seamed easy. There was a few maze puzzles. I got the game on sale and for that price I’d recommend it.6 found this helpful
At best one could say this is a parody of JRPs but overall it is quite boring, lack any interesting locals or gameplay features, it maybe cheap but it is a shame to all good rpgs made in RPG maker.4 found this helpful

RPG Maker strikes again! This is a terrible JRPG rubberstamped out with RPG Maker, the people behind which should be ashamed of themselves based on just how much awful, retro pixel JRPG mediocrity they've spammed Steam with. Graphics: Awful retro pixel asset flips from RPG Maker Gameplay: RPG Maker (in other words, awful) Reasons for buying this: None Valve Quality Control: Defunct3 found this helpful
