The search is over. You know this is where you will build it. There is power in these lands, and you will use it as you see fit. Purrgonia will come to life! Discover a new world in Purrgonia, a stylized rogue-lite game in which your main goal is to rebuild the village. Dive into dozens of handcrafted locations, randomly arranged for your raid to be exciting each time. Make impactful decisions, based on stories left by past travelers, or write your own history. Become an unstoppable force that drives the region to change.
- Everything you do matters. There are several mechanics in the game that affect your gameplay and endings. Some of those you have to figure out on your own!
- Cute Design. Enjoy the feel of a fairy tale while traversing through our handcrafted levels. Let the music help, too!
- Manage your village. Your villagers need to eat something! Bring them some resources and make them happy. Perhaps, they'll repay the favour!
- Share the adventure with your friends and family. Online co-op supports up to 16 players, although we recommend 2-4. We're also family-friendly!
- So many stories! The world is full of lore. Can you find out what mystery lies behind the magic of these lands?
- The hero is yours to design! Enjoy customizing your character at any time. Looks and gear both. New game plus is also available!
- Fight your way through enemies. Weapons, skills, consumables - what more could you want?
- Bring travelers in. Find and rescue lost friends, and invite them to your tavern. They've got quite a story to tell!

The game's art style is simplistic and charming. What's weird, though, is that the animals and monsters don't really fit it. I assume they are store assets as they are a far higher quality than the rest of the game. If you compare them to the cats, they are vastly different. Despite that, the gameplay seems to be going to maps of varying difficulty and extracting with that loot. You can either sell that loot to get weapons or upgrade the home. Overall, the gameplay loop isn't enticing enough to keep going, and the combat itself is very lacklustre, though I will give props to the dev for all their different animations.2 found this helpful
The game is not that bad, but it needs better gameplay and missions.
