"Putin takes taxes" is not a real game, it's just a joke game that's been dumped on Steam as a cash grab with the hopes of going viral because it contains internationally wanted war criminal, Vladimir Putin. Trying to cash in on brutal dictators... that's pretty typical for the shallow end of the Steam store. This non-game has you guiding Putler around Red Square collecting tax and imprisoning people wandering around... it's just garbage. This game has been translated from some other language into English... badly. If this was done through Google Translate, Google Translate should feel ashamed of itself. Regardless, the language in this game is broken and will put off a lot of gamers. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. A choice was made to use obsolete, decades old retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result.
