Solve a town's bizarre mystery by tackling brain-bending puzzles—mazes, riddles, logic challenges, and more—while uncovering clues about Scoggins' strange happenings. This puzzle-adventure from Telltale Games blends quirky comic-book storytelling with hundreds of handcrafted puzzles that directly drive the darkly humorous investigation forward.
The strange events in Scoggins will challenge every ounce of Tethers’ expertise, and possibly his very wits too, with brainteasers at every turn: mazes, logic puzzles, riddles, and more. Fun game! It has fun story and funny jokes. Art and audio is nice. Puzels are good, with a few being a bit hard.
A very charming puzzle solving/Point N' Click game made by Old Telltale that I always enjoyed as a kid. Puzzle difficulty in this game really changes on a dime from a baby's first puzzle to Nychthemeron puzzle levels. Story is okay enough even though there's not much to it aside from Agent Tethers (you) just doing his job, some twist and turns along the way but overall just a fun game with a hand drawn animation style that just tickles the brain for me.
If you love the Youtuber Grickle; as well as Puzzle games. Well, then the artstyle and title of the game explain enough! But, overall is an hour long game where you solve puzzles and uncover a little more lore about The Hidden People
When I first started playing Puzzle Agent I was surprised the puzzles were bog-standard paper-and-pencil puzzles with some annoying "complete the circuit" point-and-click classics thrown in. My disappointment grew as I continued playing until it reached outright annoyance that the devs weren't doing anything original with the format, and I'm ashamed to admit I looked up the answers to some of the more intelligent puzzles just to get through with the game. But then I remembered that I [i]love[/i] paper-and-pencil puzzles and the format shouldn't matter. I could just grab paper and a pencil and work the puzzles in a format that was both more familiar, and more conducive to patience, and I vowed to approach the rest of the game with a more constructive and positive mindset. I enjoyed the last 4-5 puzzles immensely, and I vow to approach the [i]second[/i] game with a more constructive and positive mindset 😂
Short but fun and funny game that gives you lots of puzzles.
I love Fargo so being able to play this weird, fantastical puzzle game in a Fargo-esque world was such a special experience. Love the artwork and character design.
