Puzzle kingdoms is a solid concept that ends up becoming a little too bloated for it's own good. Ostensibly an interesting combination of a strategy game and a puzzle game, Puzzle Kingdoms offers an interesting and engaging blend of match-3 and tactics - but this isn't without problems. Without a solid strategy, fights can often feel overwhelming or far too overtuned - but with a solid grasp of the fundaments, battles are almost always laughably easy. There's a lot of grinding that the game expects you to do, for an assortment of troops, relics, spells and heroes - but you're extremely limited by the points system in terms of what you can bring at any one time - making most of that grinding ultimately pointless, unless you know exactly what you're looking for. Puzzles feel like mischievous jokes, each level a laugh riot, graphics pop like comic strips, I'm thrilled and can't stop playing!1 found this helpful
No footsteps. 10/10 IGN.
Disappointed by slow gameplay and overly predictable levels. boring to play when everything feels the same. expected more from a puzzle game and it didn't quite deliver. not worth the time
It's a 'puzzle game' where you opponent keeps screwing you over, plus random luck from falls screw you over. You "push" in symbols from the outside to push an entire row/column to match, then the enemy does the same. You can't really 'set up' good combos. Not exactly fun. If you find it on sale for $1.49, MAYBE, just MAYBE grab it. $15 is laughable.
