The "developer" used the mediocre RPG Maker video game construction kit, filling out input forms/using premade level design tools. While they did provide some of their own assets, these aren't exactly AAA quality game assets... when developers aren't able to use industry level game engines, often they're unable to do the other parts of game development well, either. In fact the assets here that the developer didn't outright steal from other are all AI Slop... this explains why some of the art is straight out of South Park, and the rest is weird pixelcrap. This follows a pattern of fake games, asset flips, AI slop and review manipulation from DIG games. Don't believe me?
