I'm sorry, I'll be kind of harsh. In a world where Factorio, Satisfactory, Rimworld and Dyson Sphere Program exist... this game is useless. Unintuitive controls, the tutorial built in trying to show you how you're supposed to have fun, and overall the absolute lack of optimization for CPU and GPU... It's like a worst version of what a Factory Game should be like. Can't recommend, sadly. There are some good points maybe, but I found myself lacking the will to continue playing after a couple of minutes, I went through anyways, and didn't get better. Sorry.1 found this helpful
"R & P: Prologue" is is not a game. It's an advertisement for a product called "Revive & Prosper". Revive & Prosper is an abandoned Early Access knockoff of Satisfactory/Factorio that was released in Early Access in a pre-alpha state, riddled with bugs, missing features and missing almost all the content, but with an eye watering price tag. The game was abandoned 9 months ago. But this isn't completely relevant because this is not Revive & Prosper, it's just an advertisment for it, so it's not correct to try to review that completely distinct product. We must instead review this for what it is... an advertisement. If you enjoy advertisements, you can consume them for free on the web or on Youtube without needing to add them to your game library, download them, and then launch the advertising. It's impossible in a general sense to recommend people should do that over playing real, full games on Steam, and that applies here with "R & P: Prologue" too. The purpose of this advertisement is to get you to shell out a whopping $20 USD on buying Revive & Prosper, and I don't recommend you do that either, it's dead. There is alot to this what seems to be a xmall game at first, Treuly something to consider when looking for an interactive civ building game. The reasource management is something to keep you busy, alot going on while you play.
