Reading this as part of the Fall in Love VN Festival 2025. ✔️ Tested on Steam Deck, it works fine (25/09/2025). 'A' button to advance text and touchscreen/buttons for menu and choices. The art, the UI, the vibes... everything in this game is just so cool. The story doesn't take itself too seriously, with goofy humor and some silly book/film/show references that actually made me laugh. It's not all jokes though, it also touches on some important subjects.1 found this helpful
one of hatoful boyfriend's consequences. still, the art is beautiful, the themes are well put together, it strikes a good balance of having the PC be her own character and giving the player some choice in the story, and the characters are likable and real enough. it's just the most uncomfortable ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ friend group i've ever witnessed. it's like everyone is friends just because they all want to hang around stella, but really just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate each other. it kind of makes it hard to get through when they talk about how much fun they had like dude i just watched everyone go at each others throats for 10 minutes. it's really cute otherwise though and i enjoyed my time
A very cute, very 90s, very highschool game. I enjoyed it quite a bit, though I think it's pretty clear one route is canonical and the others aren't.
