About Dinosaur Shakespeare: To Date or Not To Date?

Are you ready for the absolute craziest year at Elsinore Academy yet? Good! 'Cause you have no choice.
How do you survive in a world that you and everyone else knows is dying?
After an apocalyptic cataclysm has rocked the very world, 50% of the population has gone extinct. It is now more important than any time in history for future royalty to be pumped out of Elsinore Academy, the cornerstone of academia and the best college in your country. Well, as of the giant meteor that nearly killed every living thing on the planet.... the only college in your country.
Embark on an epic journey with six of your closest friends in an effort to once and for all figure out why everything in your world is just so darn screwed up. It'll be fun! What could go wrong? You're Shakespeare Dinosaurs! Those two things have no amount of equal or greater baggage between them! Just don't fall in love on your epic quest. That never happens in Dating Sims. Like, that's not normal.
Does include sexual humor, characters dealing with trauma, and swearing.

- Romance six classic Shakespeare characters over a variety of adventures, both inside and outside the classroom!
- New Romance mechanic! An evolution... har har.... of the romance mechanics from the other two Elsinore Academy games.
Mature Content Warning: Sexual topics and innuendos, trauma, swear words.

Review removed because it was overly hyperbolic/dramatic of me to begin with, and people took it as an invitation to go harass the dev of these games. Which is NOT at all okay.19 found this helpful
I am a fan of Shakespeare and the thought of a dating sim mixing that with my childhood fascination with dinosaurs brought a smile to my face and caused me to jump on this game. I enjoyed the ability to choose different paths just as the player before you even jump on trying to jump som... I mean jump into some dinos arms of love. There are plenty of endings to keep you entertained for hours. Oh and by the way there is also a sprinkling of superior alien species in there as well. At one point in time I went from a highschool to a faerieland to a space ship in one storyline. Also a ghost, there is a ghost in here. This is very entertaining, the achievements add to the smile coming from the various storylines. A fun and odd dating sim that is worth every minute you will get from it. I came in curious and left with dino sized amounts of giggles from this game.2 found this helpful
It's a visual novel. Read a bunch, make choices and friends. These friends happen to be 5 dinosaurs and a woolly mammoth who are also fannon versions of Shakespeare characters. It switches between school tropes, royal conspiracies, and metatextual humor so fast that I gotta keep thinking to stay engaged. Nice.1 found this helpful
Frankly, I love the wibbly wobbly timey wimey AU-ness of this series. But I admit that it can make it more difficult to treat each game a stand-alone and there's always a lot of weird stuff going on. With that in mind, this game will make more sense if you've played the first Furry Shakespeare game and without it you will have a lessened experience. If you're coming here from Furry Shakespeare, expect more of the same here. Tybalt is an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, characters are trying to resolve their individual conflicts as well as the greater problem literally looming over the horizon, and you might get to get jiggy with a dinosaur at the end. There are no explicit images in this game. Definitely cursing and discussion in dialog of what you've done behind closed doors, but that's it.
