About Realms of Flow

'Realms of Flow' is all about calming down and drifting away into deep and soothing states of mind. It utilizes a combination of high-framerate stereoscopic 180°-video and interactive elements for breathing, mindful listening, playfulness, humming, and frequency entrainment.

You can choose from a growing number of experiences, each offering a different scenery, general atmosphere and meditative narration.
In the Session Timing options you can set the start time and duration for the different guide features: Voice-over, Breathing Guide, Spatial Sounds, Humming Guide, Frequency Entrainment, and Element of Play.
Each feature has various settings that you can adjust according to your preferences. For example, the breathing tempo, which affects a customizable visual focus object, can be a fixed user-defined tempo or controlled using your hand or belly movement.

The focus of this application is less on giving a step-by-step voice guidance, but on creating small cinematic journeys with a poetic and meditative touch.

Realms of Flow strives to offer unique immersive audio-visual atmospheres to provide thoughtful inspiration, evoke emotions, and create interesting, soothing, and meaningful states of mind that will hopefully enrich your palette of being. - Immerse yourself in the infinite Realms of Flow!

Absolute must-have for Bigscreen Beyond 2 Owners, the OLEDs work wonders and it's truly a mindblowing experience. Probaby the best demo of what VR can "feel" like. Especially the "Vivid Flow" experience, it's perfect. The only thing I'm sometimes missing is a 360° option, some experience I feel like would benefit from that.

This is the best VR meditation / visual experience app in the world right now. I love showing it to my friends. I cant count how many times Ive heard people say WOOW experiencing this. Wish the developer would create much more like this!

This program is fantastic. If you've ever experienced altered states and want to go back "there", or if you're curious, Realms of Flow is really cool. I've always looked for new ways to connect to that.. "place/state". I love laying down in bed and being in and out of sleep, half awake, watching / playing the game... highly recommended!!

after almost 4 hours in this thing, I think I'm qualified to do a review now. I got it, as most people probably do, to see cool things flying at my face in VR. I was absolutely not dissapointed. It uses some very unusual VR trickery to achieve what I can only describe as "what everyone imagined VR would eventually look like in a best-case scenario". It's GORGEOUS. It also works! Meditation, at least for me, has always been tricky. But for some reason, the counter-intuitive 'stimuli' helps to distract your brain while you focus on your breathing...AND IT WORKS! Tips tho: Entrainment=Brain Cheese Grater. Turn that off immediately. It sucks. The 'gaming' element, I think, is only there so they can sell it as a VR 'Game', turn that nonsense off too. It's completely counter productive to meditation. It's not terrible, it just serves no purpose. It's clear that the team that made this REALLY know their stuff when it comes to meditation as a science and it shows with all the cusomisation options available. If you are a VR enjoyer, or have a genuine interest in learning how to meditate, get it. It's a hell of a cool experience in an age of instant dopamine hits and …

Reconstruction of Windows Media Player from 2004. And I really like it! It's a great app. I really hope there will be more experiences (although at the time of writing this review, I've only tried two, but I plan to try more).
