Reigns: Her Majesty

played this a lot more on my phone but i was such a good casual "roguelike" if you can call it that.

I really like Reigns: Her Majesty. In my opinion, the game really thrives on trying things again and again, experimenting with different choices and discovering new possibilities. That's a big part of what makes it fun. That's why it's a bit strange to me that some objectives can apparently become impossible to complete if you miss a certain event or make the “wrong” choice. Since you can't even start a completely new game to try again, it can be frustrating. I don't mind that some opportunities can be missed. That's actually part of the fun of experimenting. But in my opinion, the game should at least clearly indicate when an objective is no longer achievable. Otherwise, you spend hours wondering whether you simply haven't found the right event yet or whether you've already missed your chance. Aside from that, I think the game is fun. The concept is great, and the mysterious elements and humor are really charming. It's just frustrating when the game encourages experimentation but doesn't clearly tell you when you've permanently missed something.

Same issues as the first game. Some decisions make no sense as to why they affect certain stats. And some of the dialogue is just pure cringe. Maybe a little easier if you can also unlock the ability to see how your decisions affect stats like you could in the first game. But there is no way in hell I am wasting anymore time on this game. Bought this with the first game years ago, to only play it recently. Regret it. Don't recommend. Put your time into anything more productive

This game is strangely addictive! Quite repetitive but interesting.
