About Ride the Bullet
You are a gun for hire with nothing to your name but your rifle and a single bullet. You have a special gift. You can control this bullet. Your objectives: take jobs, kill, build your reputation, and work your way up the crime ladder.
Ride the Bullet is a cross-platform game about speed, quick reflexes, and glorious ragdoll pixel-people death. In it you play as a gun for hire with the ability to steer a bullet. You will fire this bullet through various levels, completing the jobs given to you by your clients. The game includes a series of individual fast-paced steering puzzles where you'll find yourself breaking up shady deals in abandoned warehouses or even assassinating mob bosses in their own homes.

- Over 35 levels ranging in difficulty from "walk in the park" to "my fingers don't work anymore and I hate RadJor." These unique puzzles are designed around perfecting your timing and planning your trajectory in advance.
- Simple bullet steering mechanic. If you have stubs instead of hands, we've got you covered. The focus is on speed, destruction, and quick reflexes rather than complex controls.
- Physics environments where obstacles react realistically to the bullet and the bullet reacts to these obstacles.
- A gripping tale of love, revenge, deceit, and ragdoll physics.
- A cast of characters, facially acted out by MASSIVELY POPULAR youtubers (like iDubbbz AND MORE), small game devs, gamers, and wild outdoorsmen alike. Wow.
- Supports controllers and key remapping.

I won't recommend buying this game because it feels like a waste of time playing it, this is the kind of game I would have done during middle school given the tools. The only good thing that could get out of this game, would be the gameplay concept. But it is ruined with poor level design and other decisions. The cons however.... Where do I begin? Everthing there upsets me. The chara design based on the dev's friends/relatives trying to make faces altered with ms paint, the incoherence between if the gameplay is being in bullet time or not (like it sounds like it's bullet time, but some boss fights are litterally car chases with the boss throwing furnitures at the bullet), the story trying too hard to have an early Max Payne style while being horribly badly written, the one instrument solo music playing out of nowhere sometimes while the rest of the game is dead silent, bad physics, the terrible dialogues breaking the fourth wall without meta ("I don't know why it's there, just ask the developper!"), and the fact I'm not having fun while playing it. This is a game I would have downloaded ten years ago for free because it was a video game school project, not for 4€ on Steam.5 found this helpful

Wouldn't have even been an entertaining mobile game.2 found this helpful
This game has a fantastic sense of humor - I especially love the faces the characters make as they talk. The difficulty progression and ability introduction is spot on. I can't laud the gameplay enough - it's simple and kind of like an endless runner game, but has actual progression and feeling of accomplishment as you beat the levels. The levels and objectives are varied enough to keep interest throughout, and the game itself is just the right length to avoid wearing out the concept. The art and graphics are quite simplistic, but doesn't detract at all from the gameplay. One complaint is that when introducing a concept, such as bullet time, the button you need to press should be displayed on the screen. I didn't realize until after a couple of tries that it was only displayed right when you start the level, but not when you actually needed to use the ability. MInor nitpicking, but the script needs some editing. There are a couple of grammatical errors and spelling mistakes that should be fixed. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this game.2 found this helpful
It's a fun concept and it is a blast to play for a bit. Besides that, it gets repetitive, and Level 9 on Act II is a pain the the arse.1 found this helpful
These people clearly don't know how bullets work.
