Its a good looking, fun and fast shoot'em up. I play on my steam deck that is connected to a 50" led-tv. You gonna need a mouse with a dongle connected to a usb-hub to be able to manouver the menues in the game. Othervise i recommend the game because its cheap and really fun.

Pretty basic shmup. Music is okay. Sound okay. Weapons underwhelming. Lots of cheap deaths and not a fan of the collision detection around certain obstacles. I mean it's okay for a small indie project worth testing for a few bucks, but nothing more.

an amazing Shooter, the only issue is how much it "barrows" from r-type. gameplay is solid and fun.

A really awesome modernised space shoot'em up. Everything in this game is really well done. Beautiful 3d graphics, with varied enemies, and awesome environments to fly through. The melodic trance intro screen music is soon replaced by some very good, what I would describe as hi-octane melodic acidy techno trance during gameplay. There are a few tracks with futuristic sounding guitar riffage in places. Definitely one of the best space shooter soundtracks I've heard. Very easy to listen to and fitting with the gameplay well. The direction of fire is selectable to maximize screen coverage, or focus more ahead or behind. This works real well in this game - easily switched between modes using RB and LB. The game difficulty feels about right - definitely not too hard on Easy mode. Minor discrepancies - I get an error on first run of the game, although upon trying again (sometimes twice), everything is normal. (Edit: After verifying the game files on Steam, this error seems to have gone.) Another little oddity is that the main mission story mode is more what you would normally expect arcade mode to be (ie. to play through each level sequentially, whereas arcade mode let…

Rather than needing to blast it off, recall it, and dance around it for it to attach to the rear, simple bumper taps are used to switch its direction.
Meh:
~ The floating-head AI on-board the ship would have looked better to me if they didn't animate it. Definitely better than Star Saviours' chewing mannequin people, but still hokey looking to me.
Nay:
- My first time booting it up, I got a slew of error messages, and had to start it in safe mode. - It dumps you right into the tutorial, rather than title screen, meaning the first bit I played was in a tiny window. - They also don't show the controller buttons for the actions they're wanting you to do... - I found everything way too large, and fast-moving. - Due to the above, next to no room for evasion is present, and much of the damage took was deemed “cheap an…
