It's an arm swing simulator. The rest of the game is boring. Not for this price. Seriously. Twitch Channel : https://www.twitch.tv/mrorange55 Youtube Channel : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1UE5TPoF0HX0HVpF_E4uPQ/videos?view_as=subscriber

Got it from a bundle at low price Love it !!! One of the best VR game (in term of mechanics) i have played. Graphic is simple but the game is still very fun just like Parkour in VR.

RunVR is a virtual reality parkour and movement game developed and published by Smoketree Studios. Rather than focusing on combat or an elaborate storyline, the game is built around the thrill of traversing obstacle courses using natural body movements. Players propel themselves by swinging their arms to simulate running, then combine sprinting with jumping, climbing, and sliding to overcome a variety of environmental challenges. This design embraces the physical nature of VR, making movement itself the core source of entertainment while encouraging players to become more comfortable with immersive locomotion. The standout feature of RunVR is its emphasis on intuitive controls that mirror real-life actions. Every movement requires physical participation, creating a stronger sense of immersion than traditional controller-based navigation. As players gain experience, they learn to conserve momentum, execute cleaner jumps, and climb obstacles more efficiently. The gradual improvement in both skill and coordination makes each successful run rewarding, turning even simple courses into satisfying tests of timing and precision. Because movement is directly tied to the player's own action…

I didn't get on with the movement controls - particularly that you can only grip one ledge at once. In a climbing game that is really a bad development decision. Also, badly needs a "duck" key.

This game has very good controls. I am very impressed by it. I would reccomend this game to anybody who sees it (Or needs a workout). Has a variety of levels and will keep me entertained for 1+ hours.

Essentially an exercise simulator, which is not a bad thing in itself I suppose, and it presents you with a variety of ways to traverse the terrain (Kind of like the wii in some respects eg waving your hands around to run) As interesting as the movement methods and challenges are, I found that running (And especially sliding) brought on that now familiar feeling of nausea. Unless you're lucky enough to be totally unaffected by VR sickness, you might be best taking regular breaks with this game.
