Dash Dash Run!

Pretty simple racing game where you run in place to speed up. If youve played Sprint Vector, this is like the Super Light version of that, you swing your arms as fast as you can to gain speed, you move your gaze to change directions. The game has 4 maps that can be run through in under 10min, there are no jumps or powerups. I played only vs bots and found them quite difficult to beat, but it was still fun to play through the maps, i did a couple of times each, i did improve my times, it was a bit exhausting and i did break a sweat! so that was nice. The game while simple and somewhat lacking content is pretty fun, mechanics work perfectly and feels polished for what it is. Recommended to anyone that would like to exercise a bit, the game is FREE so its worth checking out.

"Dash Dash Run!" is a godawfully bad VR tech demo with some probably flipped assets and some assets that are definitely not flipped because they look like garbage that was slapped together over half an hour, packaged and dumped on Steam as quickly as possible. What do you do in the game? It's a crap "runner" game where you wave your arms around in VR to move. There's some other minigames too, and they are all worse. What a terrible idea. Of course this was a complete and utter failure, however, gamers can get great enjoyment from the amusing thought the developer actually thought this would be worth money and tried to put a price tag on this dumpster fire. The graphics here are particularly awful, so bad that it actually stands out as one of the worst looking games on Steam. Quite an accomplishment. It's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise.
