S&M: FL is a very poorly made Chinese hybrid boardgame (Candyland!) and action/reflexes minigame hybrid. Roll the die, move forward that number of squares, maybe fight a really craptacular reflexes minigame (you can see it in the video on the store, if you promise not to laugh at how bad it is). Some stuff happens as you keep playing, maybe you win, maybe you don't, who knows. There's no English translation for the game, but that's ok. It turns out, the language of bad games is universal. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard, with lazy, low effort graphics, gameplay and handling that makes shovelware bargain bin stuff from the 1990's look bleeding edge. This whole game is phoned in. Often when a game is this simple and pointless, I'll compare it to a mobile app or some other kind of frame of reference to best describe to gamers how bad it is and why they should avoid it, but here, I think most mobile app games are better than this, even Angry Birds or Temple Runner. Or Candy Crush. I'm not recommending anyone should play that kind of mobile crap, I'm just saying this is worse than that. And…4 found this helpful
