[b]Salmon Tower[/b] is a speedrun-focused foddian-style precision platformer with a great deal of polish and an unexpected amount of content for a free singleplayer game. There is an optional checkpoint mode to make the experience more forgiving for more casual players, but even with the lessened punishment, some sections still demand a high amount of precision and control. While the 2 maps do contain some "kill obstacles" that force a respawn, the game generously offsets this by giving you multiple hitpoints and allowing you to regain your health by eating nearby fish, and the main threat is still gravity most of the time. There are also some collectibles hidden around the map, which were pretty fun to hunt for after reaching the end. Overall it's just a great game for fans of the "rage climber" subgenre and traditional platformers alike :)2 found this helpful

Really fun game. The checkpoints are balanced and I feel it is one of the best Foddian style games I've played. Can't wait to see what comes next!!!
