Salmon Man is a deceptively simple but brutally satisfying VR rage game. The paddle physics are precise, responsive, and never floaty. Every failure is on you, not the game, which makes progress feel earned and incredibly rewarding. Level design is tight and skill-focused, with huge speedrunning potential and multiple routes to master. It’s frustrating, fair, and addictive in the best way. If you like Getting Over It, clamb, or physics-based VR games that reward patience and mastery, this is an easy recommendation, especially at this price.5 found this helpful

It's definitely entertaining. Made it past the pirate ship, up the climbing wall, through the dungeon room (screw those ceiling posts), and a few platforms further before hitting a waterfall that took me down to the picnic blanket with the pizza...would love some version of checkpoints for it! I'd love to explore more and experience the challenge with less....consequences. I know that's the point but I don't have the patience to redo all of it sadly. Overall, its fun and I'm sure a speedrunners dream. May come back at some point!1 found this helpful
