About Saviour of the Wasteland
Ten years ago, the world almost ended. Locked away in your bunker, you were safe. The rest of the world wasn't so lucky. In a single night, monsters appeared from nowhere and ravaged the world, leaving on destruction and scattered groups of humans clinging to survival.
Now it's time to leave your bunker and start to rebuild. First you'll need to establish a safe space where people can be protected from the monsters that still roam the surface. That'll require resources and of course, people. The world is very different from the one you knew when you entered the bunker. People are scarce and many are prone to violence. Others just want to survive and are very appreciative of anyone that can help them do that.
In a world where there aren't many good people left, it turns out being one of those good ones is extremely rewarding. Build up trust and relationships with people both inside and outside of your settlement.
Visit multiple unique locations and scavenge resources while navigating the random events. Gather enough to build up your base and claw back some of the creature comforts you once knew.
Be careful where you go, monsters still roam the Earth. Moving in the daytime is your best bet as the monsters enjoy the darkness.

If you see the game on sale and you want to give it a try, go ahead, but don't expect characters that you'll connect with or route for. There are just so many stories out there that are worth your time and don't feel like they were put together rapidly with little effort. Plus it only takes about two hours to reach the end of the story, which only further shows that minimal effort was put into the writing. The exploration mechanic is purely point, click, see what random result you get. There are no decisions made that result in any impact on the story. Etc. etc. Like I said, you're better off spending your time and money else where.
Very enjoyable, a little repetative I'll admit, but the story was fun enough to make up for that. SPOILERS AHEAD!!!!!! I was surprised by the twist at the end of this being an alternate timeline to Lunars Chosen! The ending also made me think there's more story to come from this, so I hope there's a sequel! (Especially if it includes expanding the family ;).)

Great game, but a bit repetitive. If you've played Lunar's Chosen before, the renders are just as good. The story could be a little longer, but that's just my opinion,
A rather simplistic base building story with tons of dirty fun. Not much of a strategy type deal. PTGames does not disappoint.
If you want a short but fun post-apocalypse survival game, then this must be it for you. Its also spin-off of Lunar's Chosen game.
