About School of Magic: Deck and Slash Prologue

What if Diablo was a deckbuilder?

School of Magic lets you create a new character every run and carve through enemies for loot and power. Leveling is its own deckbuilding system:
 • At each level one card disappears
 • The rest grow stronger
 • Three new ones are added
Do you play it safe or push your luck for something bigger? The result is a unique skill tree in every run. Before each run, you don’t pick a rigid class — you build one yourself. By assembling a spell deck, you decide which abilities can appear, almost like crafting a personal Magic deck. This freedom adds a whole new layer of metagame strategy to the deckbuilding genre. Every decision shapes not only how you carve through hordes of enemies, but also how you’ll survive the bosses that push your build to its limits.School of Magic brings its world to life as you experiment, fail, and try again. Every run unlocks new cards and new story fragments, so even defeat pushes the tale forward. With endless combinations and broken builds waiting to be discovered, no two runs will ever feel the same.

Wanted to be a Turnbased but is now a wonky RT H&S Card game. Has its moment but you die as you can not click healing fast enough.

The game is very good and there is only a demo so you can finish it in 3 hours max. I hope to see something else from the demo especially waiting as multiplayer.

Игра 'School of Magic: Deck and Slash Prologue' - это интересное сочетание рогалика и построения колоды, приправленное тематикой школы магии. В целом, 'School of Magic: Deck and Slash Prologue' - это перспективная игра, которая может понравиться любителям жанров roguelike и deckbuilding.

It serves as a teaser for the full experience but may not fully satisfy those looking for a lengthy playthrough. ⏳🎮 🔄 Limited Replayability Once you’ve completed the prologue, there’s limited replay value. The linear progression and story-driven nature mean there’s little incentive to replay multiple times. 🔁🕹️
Other Drawbacks:
🎨 Graphical Inconsistencies The visuals can sometimes be inconsistent, with certain scenes looking more polished than others.
