scrap mechanic is fun with friends, family, and alone, but, there is a grind to survival mode, but its more fun in creative mode then survival. if you have the time to play survival and you done your research you can play it well. I recommend when you are new to the game play creative for a few hours to learn the basic's in the game.
pretty fun game to mess around with, by far the smoothest game i've played yet (that is when im not running 50 mods or something with 200 bearings) loads of mods to keep the game fresh, a ton of vehicules on the workshop to push buttons and see what happens they weren't kidding when all good things come from sweden

I've played this on both a laptop and gaming pc, attached specs are of the laptop. It's indeed a fun game and basically what everyone else is saying. But I'm most suprised of how well it handles on this low end i3 12th gen U with integrated graphics, it's using all 6 cores at 100%, and it's not lagging all the way, igpu is ovbiously also at 100% usage, but the game is using all resources available really well, I would expect the performance and efficency cores to have some issues, but no, it works perfectly fine, it's not even slowing down the whole laptop, it's not wasting anything when I have larger creations. I usually come from Gmod, so I'm used to single threaded games and how they act. Yes Scrap Mechanic is indeed a much newer game, and namely, isn't built on such an old game like source 1 (custom made engine as what the game uses). And it does scale down pretty well. 10/10 for not wasting anything, I get to finally yell at my laptop being slow instead of the game.
Awsome game, updating after like 10 years. (not AI)
