Players are divided on this adult fantasy autobattler: some appreciate the explicit content quality and find enjoyable roguelike builds once past the early grind, while others criticize inconsistent dialogue (ranging from engaging to awkwardly translated), mismatched character expressions and animations, and a fundamentally weak autobattler design with poor perk balance and unclear mechanics. The game works best for players primarily interested in the adult content rather than the gameplay systems themselves.
GOOD SMUT, BAD GAME
TL;DR: Buy only if you are interested in high quality SMUT content. Do not buy if you are looking for above average auto battler and story.

I really like auto battlers and the concept of NSFW version was quite appealing the first time I encountered this game, so I gave it a try. Straight to the point - this game is a very bad auto battler:

perk design is a butchered mess
no explanation of how do your hero stats affect gameplay
game math and RNG feel as if they were designed by someone working on a different game entirely
There were some moments when I enjoyed the gameplay (like some boss battles), but most of the time it was pretty tedious and not fun to grind through the dungeon levels. It really feels as if the gameplay code was reused from some other project or they had to scrap a lot of stuff at some point.
THE SMUT
The one and only highlight of this "game" is its scene and animation quality. Artists COOKED and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ delivered. There are lots of scenes with different angles, different poses and character dynamic. Most of the scenes are with Shana…9 found this helpful
In some places the dialogue is kinda hot. In others it's kinda cringe and not in a fun way. And in others... it just fails, like English isn't the devs primary language and nothing was done to make the phrasing fit. Some of the 18+ animations are kinda hot, and like the dialogue, some of them are kinda cringe, in a bad way. Mostly it's the dialogue that takes away from the animations, however there are times where the two just don't fit. Like in the first scene you get as part of the tutorial. The beast man takes her (literally) and though her words are all pretense of "no, it's too big! etc etc" her facial expression just remains bland. It changes a few animations later, but all the female characters as "Girl Boss" types that turn into momentary damsels only turn the tables mid-coitus ... that's going to get old, fast. Other things stick out like sore thumbs. Like in the tutorial about equipment, it tells you the types of equipment in order from top to bottom, left to right, and then lists the item types. But it's all so very obviously wrong, as if someone wrote the tutorial before the art and layout was finished and then whomever did the art didn't care what the dialogue said. …9 found this helpful
Shana - Priestess of Tona is an adult fantasy roguelike that combines autobattler mechanics, dungeon progression, and explicit mature content into a surprisingly polished and engaging experience. At first glance, the game appears to focus entirely on fanservice and erotic presentation, but beneath that surface is a gameplay loop built around strategic preparation, character growth, and repeatable roguelike progression. Developed by Lustration Team, the game places players in the role of Shana, a powerful priestess sent into dangerous corrupted lands to uncover the source of a spreading darkness threatening the kingdom of Lynderia. Alongside her companions, she ventures through monster-filled ruins, battles grotesque enemies, and gradually uncovers the secrets hidden within the cursed temple. The combat system revolves around automated battles where strategy happens primarily before the fighting begins. Players manage party formations, equip items, select upgrades, and build synergies between characters in order to survive increasingly difficult encounters. While the battles themselves play out automatically, there is still a satisfying amount of tactical planning involved. Choosin…
Pretty good, needs a bit of grind at first but then there are some builds that work pretty well. Scenes are pretty good, I kinda wish there was more involving several of the protagonists. Played on Linux without issues.
good
Not for everyone sure yet for those whom don't mind is well put together and fun.
