Your deck is your character, reflecting your experiences and shaping your relationships. Make decisions about who your character is in this world, pushing forward with the cards you’re dealt.
You take over your mother's store after her death, traveling to diverse locations in order to acquire goods for the shop. Along the way, encounter optimistic stories, compassionate characters, and delightful surprises in a world where travel is difficult and climate change has made life hard.
Forge new friendships, rivalries, and connections through card game conversations. Play cards to match the tone and perspective of your partner or disregard their feelings to sell your own point of view. The story continues either way.
Venture forth to find rare and useful goods to aid your town. Make difficult choices along the way. The consequences shape your character’s deck and every conversation that follows, en route to many possible endings.

a fun demo with a very cool mechanic! the story is carried mostly by mechanic, but the writing is serviceable. the prologue does enough to intrigue on how changes in your deck are gonna play out in the full game. good music and art! might buy full version later

Несмотря на короткий формат пролога, он отлично знакомит с базовыми механиками и затягивает в мир, полный увядающих городов и отчаявшихся людей. Визуальный стиль хоть и минималистичен, но весьма приятен и создает атмосферу тоски и упадка. Музыкальное сопровождение также играет важную роль, подчеркивая общее настроение и усиливая эффект погружения. Из минусов - некоторая однообразность карточной механики к концу прохождения, но это вполне объяснимо ограниченным объемом контента. Очень жду полную версию игры, чтобы увидеть, как разработчики разовьют эту интересную концепцию и расширят возможности взаимодействия с миром и персонажами. Fantastic concept, using cards to spark engaging conversations. The art style and music are outstanding. Definitely need to grab the full game one day!
haven’t played enough to see how it holds up as the mechanics get more complex, but it looks good so far
