Slime Well

This puzzle platformer is a free hidden gem. Its in Chinese but reading isn't required to play it. The mechanics are very self explanatory n common sense. You're playing a a slime n you collect little slimes that merge with you or split from you at will n you control that to solve puzzles n turn on switches that would require more than 1 unit to stand on a lever so you split yourself into 2 or more slimes to take care of these for example. Splitting is done through the left mouse button n its like you aim n spit a part/slime of you at whatever you're aiming at meanwhile interaction (like climbing) as well as merging is done with right mouse button where if a slime is in nearby radius, they'll move towards your main unit to merge into it making you into a bigger slime again. Overall, very fun n unique idea. I played it for almost 30 minutes n I'm amazed this gem is free at all. Cute innovative idea for a relaxing platformer. So far, this has been a 100% peaceful game. Nothing attacks you, its all about platforming n puzzles n finding sweet little secrets as you go. Slime Well is a really cute little puzzle adventure, and I liked it almost immediately because it feels so different from most games that use a slime as the main character. Instead of focusing on combat, this game is all about exploration, abilities and figuring out how the strange abandoned world works. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere because it lets me focus on solving problems rather than constantly worrying about enemies. The main gameplay revolves around moving through interconnected areas and using new abilities to solve environmental puzzles. As I explore, I gradually gain more ways to interact with the world, which means places that seemed impossible to reach earlier can become accessible later. I really liked this style of progression because it makes exploring feel meaningful. Finding a new ability is not just about becoming stronger, it changes how I look at the entire map. The puzzles are easily the strongest part for me. They rely on understanding how the slime's abilities interact with platforms, objects and the surrounding environment.
