[h1]A Silly Concept Fired Off With Little Aim[/h1] Slingshot People is built on an undeniably goofy concept: instead of shooting objects from a slingshot, you’re launching actual people across simple levels. It’s the kind of idea that sounds funny enough to entertain for a few minutes, the problem is that the game doesn’t offer much beyond that initial joke. With limited content, clunky physics, and barebones design, it ends up feeling more like a prototype than a full product. The gameplay is extremely simple. You drag, aim, and release the slingshot to send characters flying toward targets or objectives. There’s some comedic value in watching ragdoll bodies tumble through the air or smack into walls, and the first few launches might get a laugh. But once the novelty fades, and it fades quickly, you’re left with a repetitive loop with little progression or challenge. The physics engine is inconsistent, which is a major issue for a game entirely built around trajectory and impact.
