Having been banished from the party of the Heroine, on their quest to defeat the Demon Lord, Red has retired from the front lines and opened an apothecary in the frontier land of Zoltan. Now his happy new life depends on his relationships with a former tsundere princess, and his cute little sister, Ruti, who, as the Heroine, remains the world's only hope for defeating the Demon Lord.

Tips to run a successful apothecary:
1. Collect materials by farming, gathering, fishing, and defeating monsters.
2. Use the collected materials to mix medicines and cook food.
3. Raise your apothecary rank by selling medicines and food in your store.
Listen to the villagers' requests to raise your adventurer rank and get special rewards.
Listen to the wishes of the princess and your sister to strengthen your bonds with them! As your relationships deepen, good things may happen...
In just three years since the invasion of Avalon by Taraxon, the Raging Demon Lord and ruler of the Dark Continent, half of the land had fallen into his evil hands. It seemed that there was nothing the people could do... But God did not abandon mankind.
A young girl, Ruti Ragnason, took command of a weakened regional battalion, and led them to victory over the advance troops of the Demon Lord. She then appeared in the royal capital with undeniable evidence that she had been granted the "Divine Blessing of the Hero."
Gideon Ragnason was banished from Ruti's party because he was "not strong enough." Since then, he has retired from the front lines of battle and changed his name to Red. Now, he has opened an apothecary in the frontier land of Zoltan, and hopes to live a slow and happy life there!

Rather than trying to reclaim glory, Red chooses to withdraw from the chaos altogether and settle in the frontier region of Zoltan, where he opens a humble apothecary and tries to build a quieter, more meaningful life. This shift toward simplicity becomes the emotional heart of the experience. The game isn’t about saving the world; it’s about rediscovering purpose through everyday tasks, healing others, forming bonds, and slowly rebuilding confidence after a painful past. That sense of a quieter, softer fantasy world distinguishes the narrative from more frantic RPGs. Once Red settles in Zoltan, the primary loop revolves around running his apothecary. A lot of fun, and way more in depth than i thought it would be. I honestly was expecting it to be way more boring and barren. Im glad I was proven wrong and Im sad I slept on this game for so long before finally buying it. I only wish more content could get added! Either way i reccomend.
Game just lacked any sense of polish and depth. I didn't feel a significant sense of progression and was underwhelmed at all turns, especially by the localization
The plot follows the light novel/anime, which a few minor changes. It's fun exploring the world, farming (minimal), fishing, interacting with the other characters and killing monsters in and out of dungeons. My main dislike is the way the item storage is set up. Weirdly, Red always sleeps until 9am, and this time cannot be changed. I have stayed awake past 9am and nothing happens. Sleeping seems pointless for anything other that raising EP/HP.
