Sludge Life: The Big Mud Sessions was originally the demo for Sludge Life 2, but now serves as a free, quick interlude between the two games. If you haven't played the games it gives you a claustrophobic take on what the game has to offer. So this is a worthy bite-sized experience for both players who played the first game and those who are checking out the series for the first time. I'd definitely recommend it for the solid job it does giving you a sample of the world, music and vibe.2 found this helpful

Sludge Life: The Big Mud Sessions is a nice little demo to play if you're unsure whether or not you'd like the "Sludge Life formula". Its got lots of interesting places to explore, people to meet, and a handfull of collectibles that aren't too out of the way. Other than that there's not much more left to say about this game except for the fact that it's free and a good use of an hour.
