"Solitaire Victorian Picnic" is a basic mobile-app like solitaire puzzle game. Solve various puzzle levels using Klondike style card moving and matching. It's been done a million times before, for free, and free on mobile app stores too... yet this one has a hefty price tag on it. Who knew you can just charge $5 for mobile trash? I guess Creobit does. The "developer", Creobit/8Floor, has copy + pasted this game an insane SEVENTY TWO TIMES onto Steam with minor reskins... why cash in on one asset if you can cash in on multiple copies of the same game? dull match-2 card game, where you have to reach a given score io to be able to progress one setting further. music is all over the place, not victorian. buy only with a substantial discount. as a solitaire it's bearable, there are worse out there.1 found this helpful
its ok. some levels are set up to be unwinnable without using boosts which sucks, theres a bit of grinding levels if you want to max them
Relaxing soliataire game!
Full disclosure: I got this game on sale for .49 cents USD. And if I'm being super nice, the music is worth that. I felt really let down on this one. The background graphics as others have pointed out, are super muddy. And the card graphics this time made the special cards really hard to see. If you keep slogging away at a level, the game will eventually and begrudgingly deal out a winning hand. Maybe, I wish I could recommend it, but this studio is capable of better. It wouldn't take long to add in a casual mode where jokers and other power ups such as shuffles are infinite. Honestly, all of their titles could use that. Great idea, poor execution this time.
Difficult to see the cards. The background looks cluttered. I would like an option to turn off and hide the purchase in game icon under options and turn off hints.
