It does seem like a fun fast paced game, but its so buggy I had to refund. Music constantly cutting off, translations are crap, text runs off the screen. The gameplay freezes but the menu still worked so I was able to quit to menu at least... Its a shame, maybe if it was early access I'd wait for patches to fix it but I don't trust it.

Super fast paced, super easy/laid back roguelite, extremely arcadey. Over all its a great game, I will be putting in a refund request however because I cant play more than 1 match without the game crashing on me.

This is a fun game - the menus aren't fully in English in a lot of places, and there's no English tutorial, but it's simple enough to figure out. I really enjoyed it and want to play more, but it now crashes every time I defeat a boss enemy and select an upgrade. It's happened across several maps and with multiple characters. The devs haven't seemed to put out an update in over a year, so it's unlikely to be fixed, which is a bummer because everything else about this game is very cool. If this is fixed though, this is absolutely a banger worth picking up.

This is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Vampire Survivors that isn't even fully translated into English.

I would say initially, the game had a lot of promise but as you figure out the systems, there are a few glaring issues. The biggest problem I have with it, is it feels unfinished and abandoned. Few of the ability trees have a second tier once you've obtained all of the traits to expand on the spells... but its only like three of them. Granted there's maybe 12 overall, but spell variety is huge in this genre. It really becomes obvious that for any run you do there's 3 core ability trees you need. The game becomes less about kiting/build crafting and transitions deeply into invulnerability management. And its not hard to get it to where you are unkillable before 5 minutes which makes the rest of the run a bit unfun. But... I really enjoyed the art style, the music, and the character designs. Some were truly unique and have not seen anything like it in other roguelikes (my favorite game genre). For the price, I would say the game is definitely worth playing, but it could be so much more.

It honestly still surprises me I'm playing this, but I think I like this survivors like over some other recent titles. It reminds me of roguelites where you find a synergy and the run becomes a cakewalk, but you can make every run like that if you know what you're doing. So far my objective is to become invulnerable by minimizing cooldowns and upping invincibility frames, but that's not the only thing to think about. For instance, one of the characters deals with earth spikes, and one of the general upgrade does something with earth spikes. So if you upgrade the general earth spikes, you'll also upgrade your character's ability that uses earth spikes. The controls are simple but you have to think for the builds. Very much like it.
